Welcome to Beta Trainers ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Beta Trainers website, online courses, teacher training programs, scorecard quizzes, student area, and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Beta Trainers LLC, 1111B S Governors Ave, Dover, DE 19904, United States.

By accessing or using the Service, or by creating an account, purchasing a course, or submitting any form (including quizzes, assessments, or lead forms), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

1. Who may use the Service

The Service is intended for adult professionals and aspiring teachers, educators, and entrepreneurs aged 18 or older. By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Our training content is about teaching children; the Service itself is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

2. Accounts and access

  1. To access courses, certificates, and certain areas you may need an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
  2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register or place an order, and to keep it updated.
  3. Course access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, rent, or sublicense your account, login, or course access to anyone else.

3. Enrollments, payments, and refunds

  1. Courses and programs are available for a fee. Prices are displayed on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase and may change at any time.
  2. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not see or store your full card number.
  3. All sales are final unless a specific guarantee or refund window is expressly stated on the sales page for the product you purchased at the time of purchase. If a stated guarantee applies, its terms are as described on that sales page.
  4. To request a refund under an applicable guarantee, contact [email protected] within the period described on the sales page, with proof of purchase.

4. License to course content

  1. All course videos, lessons, materials, worksheets, templates, audio, text, and graphics (the "Content") are the property of Beta Trainers or its licensors and are protected by copyright.
  2. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Content solely for your own professional development while your enrollment is active and you comply with these Terms.
  3. You may not copy, record, download, republish, broadcast, resell, or redistribute the Content, nor use it to build a competing course, without our prior written consent. Downloadable materials may be used in your own teaching practice with your own students, but may not be resold or distributed as standalone products.

5. Acceptable use and conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: accessing accounts or systems without authorization; interfering with or disrupting the Service; scraping or harvesting content or personal data; posting unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content; or using the Service in violation of applicable law.

6. Scorecards, quizzes, and educational nature

Scorecards, assessments, and quiz results are provided for self-reflection and educational purposes only. They are not professional psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice and are not a diagnosis. Do not rely on them as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

7. No guaranteed results

We cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, income, enrollment, or career results. Results depend on factors outside our control. Any testimonials or figures shown on our pages are illustrative and are not a promise of what you will achieve.

8. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and trade dress used in connection with the Service are owned by Beta Trainers LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without our prior written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that should survive termination (payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  1. THE SERVICE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  2. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BETA TRAINERS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11. Communications and email

When you submit your email (through a scorecard, landing page, or purchase), you may receive emails related to the Service, including marketing sequences. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every marketing email. Transactional messages (receipts, access instructions) are not marketing.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date indicates the latest revision. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Delaware, without limiting consumer protections that cannot be waived by law.
